Lux Film Festival Game Jam : The Kéismates

A game made for the Luxembourg Lux Film Festival Game Jam between the 15th to the 17th March 2024 in Abbaye Neumunster where teams had two days to come up with a game about the topic of "Luxembourg".

Game description  :
The player has somehow lost themselves within the casemates after following an eluring singing voice. There they are tasked with  breaking trough the wall of the casemates using a cannon , while trying to escape with as many ducks as possible (max. 9 ) for an event that luxembourg holds in which hundreds of rubber ducks are racing down a river.

Controls : 
Right-click to Dash
W / A / S / D  to move.
Q  to light up a "Sparkler".
L-Shift  to sprint.
Space  to jump
ESC  to Pause.
Mouse  to look around.
About Us: 
We named our team after "Kéismates" due to the main theme of the game playing inside the casemates and to the fact that we loved Kachkéis. A luxemburgish cheese condiment that can be applied on bread.
